1. What is included with our stay?
    • Included in your stay is full use of the home for the booked dates. The home is fully furnished and stocked for up to 22 overnight guests! If you have questions about what is stocked in the home or if you are needing something specific for your stay, please contact Natasha.
  2. Do we hire other vendors separately?
    • Yes, we are venue only and do not contract any other vendors for our guests. If you would like a list of our recommendations, please see the attached “Vendor Recommendations” sheet. Please note, you are welcome to bring in someone not on this list, this is just to help if you need it!
  3. Can we move the furniture?
    • You are more than welcome to move furniture, we just ask that you return it to its original position at the end of your stay. The only pieces that cannot be moved are the dining room table and the pool table.
  4. What is the parking situation?
    • The garage can hold 3 cars and the driveway can hold another 8-10, depending on the size of the car. Due to county ordinances, parking on the street is strictly prohibited and will result in fines for both the guest and owners of Tahoe Blue Estate. If you have extra cars, a majority of our couples will either hire a shuttle service, carpool, or give a Lyft event code to their guests to use for their rides to/from the estate. Please see our “Vendor Recommendations” for shuttle recommendations!
  5. How many guests can we have for our event?
    • You can have up to 75 guests for your event, 22 of which can stay overnight.
  6. What are the noise restrictions?
    • County ordinance states that all outside music must be turned off by 10pm. That being said, music can be continued inside as long as you would like!
  7. What time is check in/check out?
    • Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. If possible, we will always try to accomodate early check in and/or late check out - just ask!
  8. Do you have a house sound system?
    • We do have a Sonos system that is wired to work throughout the home. That being said, this system is for entertainment purposes only and is not a substitute for professional DJ services on your big day!
  9. What if we have questions before our stay or that are not listed on this sheet?
    • All questions should be directed to Natasha. Please feel free to call, text or email anytime and she will be happy to help!
